On February 19, 2019 an event titled "Digital Reality" was organized by the E-Government Development Center subordinate to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On February 15, 2019 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Committee on Work with Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
