The renewal of driving license is implemented within 30 minutes, without any exams based on the reference of its owner and by preserving all mentioned categories in the previous license.

A passport should have renewed when the period of validity is expired, or surname, name or father’s name is changed, or its electronic carrier (pocked).

The state fee of the lease of residential property agreement certified by the notary is 35 manat, service fess is 5.25 manat.

The power of attorney is terminated as a result of the following:

• expiration of the power of attorney;

• revocation of power of attorney given to him/ her by a person;

• waiver of attorney of the person;

• the death of an individual in a power of attorney;

• and other circumstances.

The duration of the permanent residence permission in the Republic of Azerbaijan is 5 years.
