Kazakhstan delegation visits “ASAN service”
A delegation led by Darhan Jazikbay, Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of Kazakhstan, visited the “ASAN Service” center, which operates under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Ceyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency, provided detailed information on the objectives of establishing “ASAN Service” and the various activities of the State Agency.
The delegation was informed that “ASAN Service” has received several prestigious awards, including the United Nations (UN) Public Service Award in 2015, the UN Special Award in 2019 for advancements in digital governance, and the “World's Most Advanced Public Service” recognition in 2023 as part of the Global Government Excellence Award Program.
The guests highly praised the “ASAN Service” concept and expressed their positive impressions of the activities undertaken by the State Agency in the fields of public services and social innovations.
The Kazakh representatives also visited the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, “ABAD”, “Bilim Baku” center, and the Mobile ASAN Service.
It is worth noting that the visitors are in the country to participate in an international seminar on “Merit-Based Selection and Performance Evaluation in Civil Service”, organized jointly by the State Examination Center of Azerbaijan and the Astana Regional Center for Civil Service in Kazakhstan.
