Residents of the liberated villages in Gazakh benefited from the Mobile ASAN Service
As a result of the political will and determination of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the villages of Baganis Ayrim, Ashagi Askipara, Xeyrimli, and Gizilhacili in the Gazahk district, which were under occupation for 30 years, have been returned to Azerbaijan.
On April 28, 2005, as part of the Mobile ASAN Service operating in the Gazakh district, services were provided to the residents of the villages of Ashagi Askipara and Xeyrimli.
Thus, the residents settled in the village of Gazakhbeyli have benefited from the issuance and replacement of identity cards.
This initiative was carried out with the support of Gazakh District Executive Authority.
The main purpose of implementing the Mobile ASAN Service is to deliver public services to citizens in a more convenient, modern, and innovative manner, to ensure accessibility, and to achieve citizen satisfaction.
