The 8th anniversary of “ABAD” has been celebrated.
On September 23,2024 an event was organized to mark the 8th anniversary of the establishment of “ABAD” a public legal entity under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Chairman of the State Agency, Ulvi Mehdiyev, congratulated the organization's employees and wished them success in their future works.
The Director of the “ABAD” public legal entity, Rufat Elchiyev, delivered a presentation about the organization's activities through a video. The presentation highlighted that over the past period, “ABAD” has operated through 5 regional centers in Masalli, Balaken, Quba, Sheki and Tovuz 9 ethnoboutiques, 2 ceramics and applied arts centers, and 3 “ABAD” groceries in various hypermarkets, totaling 25 sales stands and production complexes operating in the Quba district.
As a pilot project “ABAD” started its activities in the Masalli district with 7 farming families and to date, support measures have been carried out for 632 families. 481 are artisans, 129 are in the food sector and 22 are engaged in other service areas among them. Through commercial activities with “ABAD” participants, thousands of various types of handicrafts, agricultural, and other products have been put up for sale.
The event concluded with the reward of employees who distinguished themselves in their service activities.
