Required documents

• documents required to be legalized belonging to administrations and organizations of foreign countries, legal and natural persons;
• documents and acts belonging to the administrations and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, individuals and legal entities to be submitted abroad;
• if the official document is submitted by close relatives, the original of the document confirming the close relationship;
• the original of the document confirming the identity of the person presenting the document;
• if the document is submitted on the basis of a power of attorney or a letter of application from institutions, the original of the corresponding power of attorney or letter of application;
• receipt of payment of state duty.

Required persons

• the person who legalized the document himself, a representative based on a power of attorney or a letter of application;
• close relatives with a document confirming the relationship (father, mother, sister, brother, child, grandmother, grandfather, grandson, husband, wife).

Approval of documents is carried out within 5 working days. If the number of documents exceeds 10, then the review period can be extended up to 5 working days.
