Issuance of an apostille to the document
Required documents
- an application;
- the original of the official document submitted for the issuance of an Apostille;
- the original of the document confirming the identity of the person presenting the official document;
- if the official document is submitted by close relatives, the original of the document confirming the close relationship;
- if the official document is submitted on the basis of a power of attorney or an application letter of institutions, the original of the relevant power of attorney or application letter;
- if the official document belongs to a legal entity, representative office/branch, the original of the document confirming the state registration of that legal entity, representative office/branch;
- receipt of payment of state duty.
Required persons
- the person whose document is apostilled himself/herself or a representative based on a power of attorney;
- close relatives with a document confirming the relationship (father, mother, sister, brother, child, grandmother, grandfather, grandson, husband, wife).

Time
Approval of documents is carried out within 5 working days. If the number of documents exceeds 10, then the review period can be extended up to 5 working days.
Note
When submitting documents related to a legal entity, an official letter should be addressed to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the official letterhead of that legal entity (the position of the employee who will present the document and the number of the document confirming his identity should be mentioned in the letter) and a copy of the registration certificate issued by the relevant state authority on the legal activity of the legal entity.
