Issuance of licenses | ASAN services

To get a license, the applicant should submit the following documents to the issuing state body:

The application for the issuance of a license should include the following:

If an applicant is a physical person – his/her surname, name, patronymic, information about the document proving the identity document (serial number, number, by whom and when was issued, address);
if the application is filed on behalf of a legal person (branch or representative office of a foreign legal person) - its name and legal address;
short content of the request;
the date on which the application was compiled and the signature of an applicant;
signature of the head or representative of a legal person (branch or representative office of a foreign legal person) or the seal of a legal person (branch or representative office of a foreign legal person)
a list of documents attached to the application;
copy of an extract from the state registration of a legal person, branch, or representative office of a foreign legal person;
Copy of the certificate registering the applicant as a taxpayer;
A copy of the document certifying the applicant's right of possession, use, or lease for each of the facilities listed in the application (if the activity requiring licensing is related to an object);
Depending on the type of activity, documents confirming compliance with the conditions defined by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the additional conditions established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
