State registration of local investments commercial legal persons

Application about the state registration of commercial legal person must be notarized or signed - by the founder (if several founders, all of them), the legal representative (legal representatives) or the person authorized by them in a corresponding rule
Founder- information forms about individuals;
Founder- information forms about legal persons;
2 copies of the charter confirmed by founder(s) or plenipotentiary;
Decision signed by founder(s) or plenipotentiary about the establishment of the institutions and its charter;
İnformation about the members of the Supervisory board- if the supervisory board of the society is elected for the date of application submission ( copies of ID card are added to the application);
Document confirming the authorized capital and state duty payment;
Power of attorney (the documents are notarized if they are signed and/ or submitted by the plenipotentiary founder, if the founder is a legal person those documents confirmed by legal person seal);
Copies of founders and leader ID card.
