The Statute confirmed by the foreign legal person or plenipotentiary establishing representation or branch in 2 copies;
The origional or notarized copy of decision of the foreigner about the establishment of representation or branch and appointment of its leader or legal representative;
Documents confirming the registration of the legal person in foreign country being the founder of representation or branch- the notirazed copy of registration certificate ( extract from the register) and charter (must be legalized in accordance with);
Document confirming the payment of state duty;
Power of attorney (if the owner is individual, consent application is notarized, if it’s legal person, it is notarized by seal, when the document confirming the property is submitted, its copie must be notarized), power of attorney must be legalized;
Power of attorney given to the head is notarized and must be legalized.
Time
Execution period is 2 days;
Following documents are submitted to the registered legal person;
The statute of foreign legal person’s branch and representation;
Certificate about the state registration of commercial legal person;
Extract from the state register about commercial legal persons.
