- an electronic declaration (application) about planned and implemented cultivated areas and perennial plantings;
- a document confirming the right to use land (land ownership, ownership, state acts on the right to permanent use, certificate on the right to temporary use of land, extracts from the state register of real estate, purchase and sale, lease and sublease agreements certified by a notary, inheritance certificate, documents related to the plots of land given to internally displaced persons, the conditional distribution of plots of land in unreformed regions (areas close to the front line), documents that are the basis for granting share lands without a state act, 1-year lease agreement approved by the executive representative);
- information on the amount of agricultural production equipment used for planting subsidies and documents on purchase;
- documents regulating the activity of agricultural cooperatives (statutes, extract from the state register of the commercial institution) if the applicant is a legal entity.
