Sabirabad, Barda, Ganja, Gabala, Masallı, Guba, Mingachevir, Imishli and Shaki regional "ASAN service" centers - 9 working days.
The person who wants to marry must attend the event. The reference is provided to the citizen himself. The references are valid for 1 (one) month from the date of the response to blood tests.
