For non-population subscribers:

Tin (if any) and identity card (for individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity without establishing a legal entity),
Relevant letter issued to the representative (delegate) of the legal entity, identity card and tin of the delegate (in case of legal entity),
Document confirming the ownership of the property (extract, order, municipal decision, warrant, notarized purchase and sale, lease agreement).
