the type of foreign economic transaction carried out by purchase;
for individuals – name, patronymic, surname, identity card information (series, number, date, and name and address of the organization that issued the card), type of foreign economic transaction carried out by obtaining a special permit;
information about the shipper (the shipper) and the end user;
copy of the concluded agreement (contract);
a copy of the certificate of origin of the exported goods;
a copy of the certificate on registration of customers (applicants) by tax authorities;
commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity code of the goods;
a copy of the invoice;
copy of waybill.
