Required documents

• Application (according to the APPLICATION FORM approved by decision No. 174 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 6, 2009);
• A copy of the document confirming the state registration of the legal entity by the tax authorities and the tax registration;
• A copy of the document confirming the identity of the natural person and the document on tax registration by the tax authorities;
• A copy of the direct or related contract (the document that replaces it);
• A copy of the applicable customs procedure document issued by the customs authorities.

Issuance of the certificate is free of charge.
