Required documents

• an identity card of the person applying for pension appointment (national passport of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan permanently living abroad);
• documents confirming general work (social insurance) seniority (workbook, military ID, etc.);
• the decision of the medical and social expert commission determining the disability or limited health capabilities of the person.

State Fee

Determination of labor pensions is free of charge.

Time

A decision on granting or refusing to grant a labor pension shall be made no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the labor pension application to the labor pension determining body.
