Call Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan provides information on all the services rendered by state entities.
The Call Center has been established with the aim of responding the population about the services of ASAN in a fast manner to avoid any loss of time and without any need for visit the service center, informing about the services rendered and receiving the appeal about the offenses of people.
In order to benefit from the “Call Center” service, dial 108 for free from fixed-line phones in every region of the country, dial 108 (will be charged) from mobile operators such as “Azercell” and “Nar”, dial 012 108 from “Bakcell” numbers.

Call Center functions from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm on Monday-Friday and from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm on Saturday in live mode, on non-working days Call Center functions via operator system.
