Required documents

Person who applied to get reference note of state registration must submit following documents

• ID card
• Rights holder is a legal entity: a copy of the extract from the state register of legal entities and the document confirming its representative authority responsibility (power of attorney
• Municipalities, the applications signed and sealed by the chairman of the municipality and the power of attorney confirming the responsibility of  municipality representative;
• Receipt about the payment of state duty;

Reference note of description over the real estate, registration of property rights over the living houses and state registration about restriction (encumbrance) of rights issuing to the legal holder, authorized person by him/her, persons who have the right of inheritance on the basis of law or precept to the estate of legal holder owed appropriate state entities and municipals related with the fulfilling of outhority or indicated in law.
