Energy supply contract in the case of the changing the name of the consumer is signed at “ASAN Kommunal” center.
In the case of presence of beneficiaries in the inheritance document, (except the cases beneficiaries at the address specified in the inheritance document or in the cases beneficiaries themselves participated) their approval should be confirmed in accordance with notary basis.
In coherence with the law, the power of attorney and the ID card of the applicant should be presented in the case of someone’s else application.
The renaming service is not provided in the case of determination of debt.
The service is implemented within two working days in the case of determination of incompatibility of date between subscriber’s registration address and property document.
If subscriber doesn’t have any property document, may to transfer the own subscriber code to the name of another person in accordance with the notary basis.
This service is provided in Baku “ASAN service” center No. 4, 5 and regional “ASAN service” centers in addition with “ASAN Communal” centers.
