In apartments without status (Where IDP limit is not used), the subscriber is required to present a certificate from the local body of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs indicating the date of residence at the address.
This service is applicable to individuals integrated into the electronic application management system (EMIOS) of “AZERISHIQ” OJSC of the State Committee for deals with refugees and IDPs.
Close relatives (father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, husband, wife, children, sister, brother, grandchildren) can apply for the service by submitting documents confirming kinship ties.
If another person applies, a power of attorney issued in accordance with the legislation and a document confirming the identity of the applicant must be submitted.
When the IDP moves to a new address, any "creditor" debt on the old address is reset. If there is a "receivable" debt, the address change is executed after payment.
ID cards of all family members must be presented during the application of Internally Displaced Persons settled compactly.
The frozen creditor status can be lifted if the debt is reset and the receivable is paid when the IDP applies for the certificate of absence of debt and name change service.
