The inspection are made within 3 days upon receipt of the application and the act is compiled.
After the act is compiled, the citizen applies to the Center and concludes the contract. The terms of payment and the period of performance are reflected in the contract.
If the Subscriber’s code is not attributed in the name of the owner, the document confirming the ownership must be submitted, and the service may be used after the renaming has been made.
In case of application by another person, the power of attorney issued in the manner prescribed by legislation and the applicant’s ID card should be submitted.
Close relatives (father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, husband (wife), children, sister, brother and grandchildren) can apply for the service by submitting the documents confirming the kinship.
This service is provided in Baku “ASAN service” center No. 4, 5 and regional “ASAN service” centers in addition with “ASAN Communal” centers.
