Energy supply contract in the case of the changing the name of the consumer is signed at “ASAN Kommunal” center.

In the case of presence of beneficiaries in the inheritance document (if all beneficiaries are a separate subscriber on the address indicated in the document of inheritance), their approval should be confirmed.

Close relatives (father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, husband (wife), children, sisters, brothers, grandchildren) by submitting documents proving family ties can apply for the service.

In coherence with the law, the power of attorney and the ID card of the applicant should be presented in the case of someone’s else application.

If a subscriber does not have any property document, may to transfer the own subscriber code to the name of another person in accordance with the notary basis.

The renaming service is not provided in the case of determination of debt; (except when the subscriber code is executed on behalf of the husband and wife)

The service is implemented within two working days in the case of determination of incompatibility of date between subscriber’s registration address and property document.

The copy of the subscriber document confirming the property right should be provided, when pledged in the bank.

If the person named for the subscriber code died, may to transfer the own subscriber code to the name of wife (husband) with providing death and marriage certificate.

If the person named for the subscriber code died, may to transfer the own subscriber code to the name of own child within the basis of death certificate (by submitting bith certificate)

This service is provided in Baku “ASAN service” center No. 4, 5 and regional “ASAN service” centers in addition with “ASAN Communal” centers.
