Setting of the Subscriber code to the Passive mode is carried out after full payment of consumed electric power and the official document about the absence of debt is issued to the citizen. In the purchase and sale agreement on electric power, the parties' liability is temporarily kept on hold.
The address being reviewed for setting PASSIVE code to the ACTIVE mode, the "review report" is compiled and directed to the relevant authority for investigation. Debt attributed to the passive code must be fully paid in the activation process. If there is no Meter on the passive code, that code cannot be activated. (except for the codes of enterprises financed by the state enterprise; for example, cameras, elevators, objects on which the installation of meter is not impossible).
When a flat in ownership of the consumer is demolished or merged into another flat, the Subscriber code is set to PASSIVE (P) mode in the Database. The debt is fully paid, including the latest indication until the date of passivation.
The code which is set to Passive mode in (P) status in the Subscriber Information Database cannot be re-activated.
Subscriber codes changing the T.M. connection are not set to ACTIVE mode.
