In coherence with the law, the power of attorney and the ID card of the applicant should be presented in the case of someone’s else application.
Other persons who are registered in the registration address of the subscriber may apply (only with ID card).
Close relatives (father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, husband (wife), children, sisters, brothers, grandchildren) by submitting documents proving family ties can apply for the service.
Persons enrolled to the list by the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs to Azerigas PU (in areas of intense temporary accommodation, where individual meters cannot be installed and technically exploited (former dormitories, treatment camps and other buildings) actual living IDPs and persons equated to them) may submit a relevant reference.
This service is rendered besides “ASAN Kommunal” centers, at Baku “ASAN service” centers No.4 and No.5, Ganja, Sabirabad, Barda, Gabala, Masally, Guba, Mingachevir Imishli and Shaki regional “ASAN service” centers.
