Required documents

For population subscribers:

Application;
Applicant’s ID card;
Property certifying document (extract, order, municipal decision, order), contract issued by House Constraction Cooperation, extract from the farm executive office's business book, notarized purchase, sale, or inheritance certificate);
Smart card (number or subscriber code);
Purchase and sale agreement of gas.

For Non-Population Subscribers:

A letter given to the representative of legal person and person has an ID card (if a legal person);
Purchase and sale agreement of gas;
Property certifying document (extract, order, municipal decision, order, contract issued by House Constraction Cooperation, notarized purchase, sale, lease, or inheritance certificate).

For Non-Population Subscribers - 10 working days

Note

When changes are made to the subscriber's data, the gas purchase and sale agreement is concluded in the Centers.
If another person applies, a power of attorney issued in accordance with the legislation and a document confirming the identity of the applicant must be submitted.
In case of detection of debt, the service of making changes to subscriber data is not carried out. (for the fruit of light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth).
Contracts issued by Housing Cooperatives are approved by those HCs.
Population and non-population subscribers can transfer the subscriber code belonging to him or her to the name of another person on the basis of a notarized consent application.
