Note 1: Checking the working condition of the water meter is carried out within 15 (fifteen) working days.
Note 2: The population subscriber must submit to the Center a document obtained based on their application to the internal affairs body regarding the theft of a water meter installed at the entrance to residential buildings, in stairwells, as well as outside private houses (yard fence). If the representative of "Azersu" OJSC examines the address and finds confirmation that the water meter is not in place based on the application, the installation of a new water meter, instead of the existing one, is provided at the expense of "Azersu" OJSC. In other cases, water meter and installation works are provided at the expense of the subscriber.
Note 3: In case of an appeal to the Center for theft of a water meter in non-population subscribers (by presenting a document obtained from the internal affairs body on theft of a water meter), if the representative of "Azersu" OJSC examines the address and finds confirmation that the water meter is not in place, the cost and installation costs of the new water meter are determined based on the order.
Note 4: If the water meter device is rendered unusable by the subscriber, the cost and installation costs of the new water meter device are carried out at the expense of the subscriber. Payment is determined based on the order.
