Making changes to subscribers data

For population subscribers:

  • Subscriber's identification card;
  • Subscriber code;
  • Identity document (extract, order, municipal decision, order, notarized purchase and sale agreement, lease agreement etc.);
  • Certificate of residence on the place of residence (in the absence of subscriber's billet).

For Non-Population Subscribers:

  • TIN (if any) and identification card (where there is a natural person engaged in entrepreneurship without creating a legal entity);
  • Identity document (extract, order, municipal decision, order, notarized purchase and sale agreement, lease agreement etc.);
  • Corresponding letter to representative (representative) of legal entity, representative ID card and TIN (legal entity);

Note

Note 1: If the subscriber belonging to the population group does not submit documents on the number of persons registered at the place of residence, the number of persons using water is accepted in accordance with the average statistical population.
Note 2: The service is not carried out in case of debt detection when the subscriber (consumer) changes. After payment of the debt, the service is carried out.
Note 3: If the subscriber presents a certificate of change of name, patronymic, surname, he can apply to the service without presenting a property document.
Note 4: If there are shareholders in the title deed (except when each shareholder at the address mentioned in the title deed is a separate subscriber), their consent application is required.
Note 5: If another person applies, a power of attorney issued in accordance with the legislation and a document proving the identity of the applicant must be submitted.
Note 6: Close relatives (father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, husband, wife, children, sisters, brothers, grandchildren) can apply for the service by providing documents confirming kinship ties and a subscriber's identity card (or a copy).
Note 7: If the subscriber does not have a certificate of ownership, the subscriber may pass the code to another person based on a notarized application.
Note 8: In the event that the subscriber does not have a certificate of ownership, the subscriber code belonging to him/her may be transferred to the name of the wife (husband) by presenting a certificate of death and marriage.
Note 9: If the subscriber does not have a certificate of ownership, in the event of the death of the parent(s) named after the subscriber code, a child wishing to transfer the subscriber code to his/her name may do so based on the consent of other family members living in that apartment (house) by submitting a death certificate(s).
Note 10: If a document confirming the right of ownership belonging to the subscriber is pledged at the bank, a copy of it certified by the bank must be presented.
