Prolonged registration of motor vehicles temporarily brought by physical persons is carried out at “ASAN service” centers.

In accordance with the instruction of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the concept of "ASAN train", equipped with modern technical equipment, was provided to provide citizens with state services in the regions where “ASAN service” centers do not function.

On January 18, 2017, there was demonstrated a documentary film "4 APRIL" dedicated to the captain of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Ingilab Guliyev, who was killed during the 4-day war in the border line between Azerbaijani and Armenia, at Nizami Cinema Center.

On January 19, 2017, a delegation led by H.E. Sayed Aqa, the Vice President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) was acquainted with activity of Baku “ASAN service” No.3.

January 20 - a non-working day at “ASAN service” centers in regard with the National Mourning Day.

There have been implemented certain changes on the working schedule of “ASAN service” centers, taking into account the major flow of applications by citizens on the first part of day. This change has been implemented in regard with the optimization of the services at service centers and prophylactic works.

“ASAN Kommunal” center No.1 has started to serve citizens since January 15, 2017.

Since January 10, 2017 “ASAN Visa” (www.evisa.gov.az) portal has been fully given to use from a test regime.

On December 30, 2016 the first foreigners – Italian citizens Nicoletta Prandi and Luca Rossi, who benefited from e-visa (www.evisa.gov.az) via “ASAN Visa” portal has already arrived in Baku.
