On October 30, 2018 invited by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, a delegation led by Mohamed Ben Abdelkader, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government for the Reform of Administration and Public Service of the Kingdom of Morocco was on a visit to Azerbaijan.

The work on the integration of the administrative fines imposed by the BNA for violation of traffic rules in the territory of Baku into the ASAN payment system Implemented as a result of the joint cooperation of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Baku Transport Agency (BNA) has been successfully completed.

On October 25, 2018 a cooperation agreement was signed between the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) and the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
