On December 12, 2014, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in cooperation with the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has organized a common course on “Legality and discipline in public administration”. Director of Training Sector of the State Agency Assistant Professor Nazenin Huseynova conducted a lecture on the topic “The existence of civil society and development directions “to the listeners. Lecturer highlighted about Hedar Aliyev’s political and administrative activities in the history of nation-building services as the founder and architect of modern Azerbaijan. Nazenin Huseynova delivered information about the legal - social state building, the importance of the measures taken towards the restoration of civil society, the main features and principles. It was mentioned that Heydar Aliyev’s role in the future of the Azerbaijani ideology of our independent state is immense. During the event it was mentioned that the legal state-building in our country, support of civil initiatives and political pluralism based on formation of a democratic society lead by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev’s successful public policy, stressed the importance of the consistent and comprehensive measures. During the courses listeners were delivered vigorous information about the “ASAN service” model as a new form of the conditions of existence of civil society, the basic principles and a new form of cooperation with civil society. Listeners were informed about the principles, activity targets of “ASAN service” as an innovative and contemporary administrative model in the country. At the end of the lecture, comments and questions were answered.
