The delegation of the Republic of Ukraine got acquainted with the "ASAN service" center
On August 30, 2013, Bogdana Babich, director of the Ukrainian Institute for Practical Politics Ukraine and Vitali Kulik, head of the Center for Study of Civil Society Problems of Ukraine, got acquainted with the building and functioning of the Baku “ASAN service” center No.1 of State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Guests were informed about the aim of the “ASAN service” centers, services rendered, history of development, as well as the future plans. It was noted that the aim of activities of “ASAN service” centers based on “one-stop-shop” principle is to provide comfort, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, apply modern technology, and form up new thinking as to relations between citizens and civil servants.
After becoming familiar with the conditions and work principle in “ASAN service” center, guests highly appreciated the professional approach of staff members, and wished success in their future activity.
