Representatives of the Slovakia-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group at “ASAN service” center
On April 10, 2015, Delegation led by the Head of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group of the Slovak National Council with Azerbaijan Robert Madej got acquainted with the building and functioning of the Baku “ASAN Service” center No.4. Guests were delivered information about the aims of establishment and activities of the “ASAN service” centers as an Azerbaijani model in public service delivery. It was noted that with the establishment of “ASAN service” there have been achieved serious steps in terms of enhancing of transparency and implementation of contemporary innovations in the efficient public administration context. Guests mentioned “ASAN service” as an example activity platform in implementation of public service delivery and highlighted importance of conducting it in other countries too. It was drawn to the attention that “ASAN service” centers have gained high level of confidence of citizens and more than 4 000 000 applications have been already received. Guests, after getting acquainted with the activity of the “ASAN service” center, expressed their satisfaction and wished success to center and its staff in their future activities.
