Another novelty from Mobile ASAN Service – now Asan İmza can be booked to the address
The list of bookable services rendered by Mobile ASAN Service extends with the addition of the new service of getting “Asan İmza” mobile e-signature certificates. Thus, citizens are now able to connect to "Asan İmza” service at their home or workplace by means of applying to Mobile ASAN Service.

At the current phase, two mobile operators – “Azercell” and “Bakcell” will be offering “Asan İmza” service via bookable Mobile ASAN. The service can be booked by calling 9-108 Call Centre.
Mobile services implies to benefit the services without leaving the place of work or residence as well as the current location. Thus, required documents and documents to deliver to a citizen to implement the service can be received or given though approach to the work place or any location.
Should note, that mobile services are implemented on free of charge base with the aim to support social solidarity to the 1st group of people with disabilities, who are in need of care and assistance (indicating the reference of medical and social examination commission), and children with disabilities (according to the “Determination criteria for disabled children” approved by Decree No. 67 by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21 April 2009).
