ASAN mobile service is being rendered in 2 directions. Buses will be visit Guba, Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Balakan and other regions in north direction and Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Hajigabul, Lanakaran, Masalli, Nefchala and other regions in south direction. ASAN Mobile service had already been rendered Guba, Gusar and Khacmaz residents in Guba city, Shirvan and Hajigabul residents in Shirvan city, Sabirabad and Saatli residents in Sabirabad region. Over 210,000 residents Shamakhi, Gobustan and Agsu regions will benefit from ASAN mobile service at Shamakhi city within 29 June-15 July. Mobile services are rendered from Ministry of Justice,Ministry Interior, State Committee for Land and Cartography, State Social Protection Fund and State Committee for Property Affairs. Mobile services rendered in the mobile buses: notary service; issuance and renewal of passport of citizen; reference note on information about land cadaster;Extracts of registration of property rights over the living houses (apartments), except the initial registration;

- renewal of driving licenses;

- determining occupational pensions;
- Extracts of registration of property rights over the living houses (apartments), except the initial registration;
- Issuance of references on description of real estate, state registration about restriction (encumbrance) of rights over the real estate;
The major goal of ASAN mobile is to provide citizens with public services in a more convenient, modern and innovative ways to ensure the availability of these services, and to achieve the citizen satisfaction
