Mobile “ASAN train” will be serving from February 1
In accordance with the instruction of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the concept of "ASAN train", equipped with modern technical equipment, was provided to provide citizens with state services in the regions where “ASAN service” centers do not function.
Mobile "ASAN trains" are intended to serve citizens in the country using a wide railway network, existing infrastructure, communication lines and most modern technologies. Thus, “ASAN train” will move in all directions in the country and serve the population in a predetermined location.
Anar Huseynov, head of the Information Provision Department of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, told journalists that starting from February 1, the first mobile services will be provided to residents in the Gazakh region via mobile "ASAN train" for duration 15 days. The services will be provided by 4 state bodies (Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, State Committee on Property Issues, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection).
Moreover, Mobile "ASAN train" consists of 4 wagons, waiting room, laboratory, service hall, rest room of employees.
Should note that there are 10 special buses, equipped with the necessary modern technologies to deliver the services to the population in the regions where “ASAN service” centers have not been established. The goal is to ensure public services to citizens in more comfortable, new and innovative ways and to satisfy citizens’ satisfaction.
