642 000 applications made easier in 5 years at Shamakhi.
The opening of the Shamakhi “ASAN Hayat” complex took place on December 5, 2019, with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. The “ASAN service” center, an “ABAD” center, a training center, and an “ASAN Café” operates in the complex’s area.
The Shamakhi regional “ASAN service” center started its operations on December 24, 2019. The center serves approximately 450 000 citizens registered in Shamakhi, Aghsu, Gobustan, Ismayilli and Goychay regions, as well as all citizens nationwide without territorial limitations. The center's activities are based on the principles of efficiency, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and citizens’ comfort. During its operational period, nearly 642 000 citizen applications have been recorded. The center provides about 400 services from various government agencies, as well as private companies and institutions.
The complex includes a training center with a capacity of 70 people.
Additionally, a park has been created in the yard for citizens to enjoy their leisure time. The park features a fountain, a children's play area, and a concert stage.
