Romania learns the “ASAN service” experience.

A delegation from the Secretariat of the Government of Romania visited our country to closely familiarize themselves with the operations of the “ASAN service” centers and the innovative solutions implemented there.

The visit took place as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of public service delivery, signed on October 8, 2024, between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Secretariat of the Government of Romania.
During the meeting with the Chairman of the State Agency, Ulvi Mehdiyev, the significance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two parties was discussed, along with the planned steps for implementing the “ASAN service” experience in Romania.
As part of the visit, extensive presentations on “ASAN service” and the innovative solutions applied there were given by various structural divisions of the State Agency, followed by discussions.
The guests were also acquainted with information about the activities of the “INNOLAND - Incubation and Acceleration Center”, “Mobile ASAN service”, “ABAD” public legal entity, “Bilim Baku” center, 108 Call Center, “ASAN” Radio and TV.
As a result of the visit, the parties have agreed to prepare a Joint Cooperation Program for the years 2025-2026 as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
