Kyrgyz delegation visits “ASAN service”
On July 25, 2024, a delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic, led by Klim Omelchenko, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, consisting of officials from various institutions, visited the ASAN Service center to familiarize themselves with its operations.
Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided the guests with detailed information about the objectives of ASAN Service and its other areas of activity.
The delegation was informed about the State Agency’s achievements, including receiving the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015, the special award for digital governance in 2019, and the "Global Government Excellence Award" in 2023, where ASAN Service was recognized as the "World's Leading Public Service".
The importance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency and the Kyrgyz Republic's Ministry of Digital Development was emphasized during the meeting. Additionally, an agreement was reached to prepare a joint action plan to strengthen cooperation under this agreement.
The guests highly valued the ASAN Service concept and expressed that the activities carried out in the fields of public services and social innovations left a positive impression on them.
The delegation also learned about the activities of the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, "ABAD", "Bilim Baku", and the Mobile ASAN Service.
