A delegation led by Ms. Suzana Pribilovic, Minister of Public Administration Montenegro paid a visit to Azerbaijan

On July 4 - 5, a delegation led by Ms. Suzana Pribilovic, Minister of Public Administration Montenegro paid a visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The main objective of the visit is to discuss the opportunities of applying the “ASAN service” model in Montenegro, as well as discussing mutual cooperation as a best practice in public services delivery.

Within the framework of the visit, Minister of Public Administration Montenegro, Suzana Pribilovic and Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, Mr. Inam Karimov, honored the memory of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor and laid a wreath at his grave. Also, the memory of outstanding ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva was commemorated and flowers were laid on her grave.

Later they visited the Martyrs' Alley. Minister Suzana Pribilovic commemorated the memory of the sons of the motherland, who died in the struggle for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and laid a wreath in front of the monument to "Eternal Torch".

Within the framework of the visit to our country, the delegation led by Mrs. Suzana Pribilovic, Minister of Public Administration of Montenegro, got closely acquainted with Baku “ASAN service” centers No. 3 and No. 5, Mobile ASAN service, ASAN Radio, ASAN Training Center and “ABAD” crafts center. 

A delegation was informed about the recent reforms in socio-economic fields conducted by the initiative of Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, also, including the implementation of large-scale reforms in public administration, and “ASAN service” as a part of these reforms. 

The delegation was delivered wide information about the activities and aims of establishment of “ASAN service”. Also, there was emphasized, that with the establishment of “ASAN service” there have been achieved serious steps in the field of provision of efficient administration through enhancing of transparency and application of innovations.
It was mentioned, that about 19 million applications have been already received. Additionally, it was drawn to attention, that “ASAN service” received United Nations Public Service Award 2015.

At the end, guests, after being acquainted with the work principle, wished success to “ASAN service” in future.

During the visit, the delegation led by Mrs. Suzana Pribilovic met with the chairperson of the State Examination Center of Azerbaijan Republic, Maleyka Abbaszadeh and the rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan, Urkhan Alakbarov.
