On the 15th of January, 2015, Deputy State Secretary of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation Georges Martin got acquainted with the building and functioning of the “ASAN Service” center No.3 of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Guest was welcomed by the Head of the Law Enforcement Agencies Department at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Fuad Alasgarov and the Chairman of the State Agency Inam Karimov. Guest was delivered information about the aim of the ASAN service centers; services rendered history of development, as well as the future plans. It was noted that the aim of activities of “ASAN service” centers is to provide comfort, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, apply modern technology, and form up new thinking as to relations between citizens and civil servants.
Guest highlighted the concept of the “ASAN service” as an example model in public service delivery and mentioned its importance to be implemented of over the world.
It was noted that more than 3 700 000 citizens have been served at “ASAN service” centers.
Guest, after becoming familiar with the conditions and work principle at “ASAN service” center, wished success in its future activities.
