The President of Ethiopia at “ASAN service”.
The President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Taye Atske Selassie, familiarized himself with the activities of the “ASAN service” center. The guest is visiting our country to participate in the 29th session of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - (COP 29) which is held in Baku.
The chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev, provided the guests with detailed information about the various activities of the State Agency, including the “ASAN service” centers established under the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev and the projects implemented in the field of social innovations.
The President of Ethiopia told that the “ASAN service” center made a strong impression on him, and he expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation between the state institutions of his country and the State Agency.
The guest was also provided with detailed information about the activities of the “INNOLAND - Incubation and Acceleration Center”, “Mobile ASAN service”, “ABAD” public legal entity.
It is worth noting that on May 14 of this year, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the State Agency and the Ethiopian Civil Service Commission regarding the implementation of the “ASAN service” concept in Ethiopia. Currently, work is being carried out within the framework of the implementation of the memorandum.
