There was held a presentation of the Electronic Services Portal of public services

Besides the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan there was created the Electronic Registry Portal - www.dxr.az with the participation of all central and local executive authorities providing information on public services to citizens.

The main purpose of creating the portal is to provide citizens with access to information about services, transparency and citizen satisfaction. For this purpose, information on citizens' public services has been investigated and analyzed and the structure of the registry has been determined. The Electronic Registry software has already been developed and services are included in the system, and parallel testing has been carried out in different directions. Thus, 116 state bodies have been registered in the Electronic Registry and 676 state services have been approved.

The presented portal will be improved due to the proposals from the citizens in the coming years as it is designed to effectively utilize the data.

It should be noted that the Electronic Registry of services carried out by the state bodies was established by the Decree No. 262 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 11, 2014. 

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 9, 2015 No. 32 "Rules of conducting an Electronic Register of services carried out by state bodies" was approved with the purpose of implementing paragraph 4.2 of that Decree. According to the decree, the conduction of the Electronic Registry by the state bodies was entrusted to carry out by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
