Delegation of the State Agency visited Czech Republic
On December 8-9, 2014, delegation leaded by the Deputy Chair of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev visited Czech Republic. On December 8-9, 2014, delegation leaded by the Deputy Chair of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev visited Czech Republic. In the framework of the conference, State Agency delegation participated at the international conference dedicated to the topic on “Multilevel governance - as a source of adequate and effective government” held in Prague. Head of the delegation delivered a speech on the topic “Provision of transparency and accessibility through the ASAN service and simplification of public services delivery”.During the presentarion there were delivered information about the socio-economic achievements of Azerbaijani is last decade, the development of information technologies in the country and informed about the ongoing reforms in public administration field. There was given information about the Azerbaijani brand known as “ASAN service” in the world which is the one of the institutional reforms being implemented in the direction of public service delivery by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev. It was mentioned that this successful model established by Azerbaijan is based on efficiency, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and flexibility principles and gains high citizen satisfaction by usage of modern methods in public service delivery. At the end of presentation there was demonstrated a video regarding the “ASAN service” activity. Conference participants welcomed “ASAN service” with special interest, their comments and questions were answered by the delegation. In the frame of the visit, there was a meeting conducted between the State Agency delegation and representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic, and also discussed regarding the cooperation in the field of public service delivery. Additionally, delegation of the State Agency visited the services delivery mechanism of the Czech Republic “Czech POİNT” center.
