SEC has been integrated to ASAN Pay system

State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan continues to expand the scope of "ASAN Pay" system.

Thus, the work on the integration of the payments for the State Examination Center into “ASAN Pay” information system has been successfully completed.

From January 8, 2019 citizens will be able to pay for the above mentioned state organization through www.e-gov.az, www.asanpay.az or all payment portals connected to the "ASAN payment" system, as well as over 10000 payment terminals . Thus, citizens can recharge the balance of their personal cabinets on the State Examination Center through the "ASAN Pay" system.

The state information system "ASAN Pay" was created in accordance with the Decree № 110 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 11, 2014. At present, payment of administrative fines, duties, utilities, leasing, loans, rental fees, other payments of 122 state institutions, including 30 central executive powers, 79 local executive powers, 6 public legal entities, and 7 state-owned legal entities, as well as other more than 200 services can be done through the “ASAN Pay” system. Relevant payments are realized by cash or cashless through the www.asanpay.az payment portal, mobile applications and terminals, “E-government” portal, as well as more than 10000 payment terminals connected to the system, the most advanced payment portals in the republic, internet and mobile banking services.
