On April 22nd, 2014 the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Azerbaijan Ambassador Malena Mard was acquainted with the building and functioning of the Baku “ASAN service” center No.1 of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Chairman of the State Agency – Mr. Inam Karimov provided her broad information about the history of establishment and development, services rendered as well as future plans of the “ASAN service” centers.
“ASAN service” center has already become brand by establishing unique experience in delivery of public services. "ASAN service" is not only promoted to apply as successful model in Azerbaijan but also in other countries. This direction contains the subject matter of cooperation with various international partners, including the European Union.
The project jointly carried out with the European Union has been productive, and created a good foundation for future cooperation. The cooperation on ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, corporate standards, and human resource management has been implemented within the framework of the project.
Emphasizing successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union Ambassador Mard has drawn attention to the special place States Agency takes in this cooperation. After becoming familiar with the conditions and work principle in “ASAN service” center, the guest highly appreciated the professional approach of staff members, and wished success in their future activity.
Both sides expressed their satisfaction with the cooperation carried out and highlighted the benefits to continue it in the future.
