“ASAN Service” has launched the “ZIRVA” Management Marathon
On May 6, 2025, the opening ceremony of the project “ZIRVA – The Leadership Vision and Traditions of the Victory Manager” was held.
The project is being implemented by the ASAN Innovative Development Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The goal is to discuss the application of President Ilham Aliyev’s victory policy in the fields of governance and leadership, and to enhance the knowledge and skills of business professionals inspired by this policy.
First, the esteemed memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs was commemorated with a one-minute silence, and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
At the ceremony, Chairman of the State Agency Ulvi Mehdiyev and First Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly) Ali Ahmadov delivered speeches.
The officials emphasized that the state-building policy, originally established by national Leader Heydar Aliyev, is currently experiencing its most dynamic period under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. It was noted that the President’s governance measures and comprehensive reforms are based on the progress and development of the country.
At the event, video clips dedicated to President Ilham Aliyev’s Victory Policy, focusing on governance and leadership topics, as well as on the activities of the ASAN Innovative Development Center were screened, and a presentation was held.
Later, panel discussions were held on the topic “New Challenges in Governance”.
According to the project, from May 6 to July 6, 2025, 150 leaders from various public and private sector organizations will participate in “Experience Exchange with Government Officials” meetings, training sessions on “Innovative Leadership Skills in Governance”, and familiarization events with the “ASAN Service” model. Additionally, info tours to the liberated territories will be organized, and an online book titled “Collection of Impression” will be published.
