“ASAN service” practice was represented at international conference
The 6th session of the Conference of the states for the UN Convention on Combating Corruption was conducted on November 2 – 6, 2015, in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation. The 6th session of the Conference of the states for the UN Convention on Combating Corruption was conducted on November 2 – 6, 2015, in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.In the frame of the conference, there was organized a special event titled “Positive experience of Azerbaijan in the field of Combating Corruption”, where a presentation about “ASAN service”, photos and videos were demonstrated to the attention of the conference participants. Presentation was welcomed with high interest and several questions regarding the “ASAN service” were answered. During the conference, a resolution titled “Prevention of corruption due to the promotion of the transparent, responsible and effective public service delivery with the application of advanced practices and technological innovations” proposed by the Azerbaijani delegation was approved during the conference. “ASAN service” was emphasized in the resolution as a winner and UN Public Service Award stands as the most prestigious international recognition of excellence in the field of public service and a new innovation preventing corruption. It was noted, that UN and other international organizations call to evaluation of the initiatives and application them in other countries too.
