Training on “Body language” was conducted at “ASAN service”

On December 15, 2015, there was conducted a training on “Body language” for the staff of “ASAN service” centers within the cooperation between State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Sorbonne University of France. On December 15, 2015, there was conducted a training on “Body language” for the staff of “ASAN service” centers within the cooperation between State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Sorbonne University of France.During training participants were informed about the non-verbal elements of communication. Participants got comprehensive knowledge about the role of distance, gestures, posture and mimics in communication through interactive training methods and business simulation games. Should to note, that in contemporary life, conduction of trainings on “Body language” present necessary character, taking into account, that proper listening, explanation and effective communication skills are the essential basis leading to the citizens satisfaction. By learning the body language, we can understand the feelings, real thoughts and intentions of the person. Knowing this language prevents us from misunderstandings by using our body language in a proper way and avoid actions that cause the dissatisfaction of a counterparty.
