Benefitting from the services of “ASAN Kommunal” in a mobile way is now available
Now use of "ASAN Kommunal" services on an ordered basis in mobile form is possible.
Yet citizens will be able to use services provided by “Azerigaz IB”, “Azerisiq” and “Azersu” at “ASAN Kommunal” centers at their home or workplace on the ordered basis in the mobile form.
The service order is available through Call Center 9-108. Mobile services means citizen’s benefit from the services by making additional payment in the manner prescribed by law without leaving the place of work or residence of the person, as well as the residence place. It means, documents required for service and documents should be given to the person as a result of the service can be taken and given at his/her place of residence or at work.
Should note that mobile services is implemented without paying additional mobile service fee for the purpose of providing social solidarity for 1st group disabled people (with reference to the medical-social expert commission) and children with disabilities according to the criteria for determining the limitations of children's health facilities, approved by the Decree No 67 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21, April 2009.
