- Identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Required persons
- The individ or a legal representative of the person who is permanently registered in the place of residence;
- Authorized persons based on a notarized power of attorney.
State Fee
Free of charge.
Note
The service is rendered to the persons registered within the scope of relevant “ASAN service” center.
